Organizacije mogu odabrati programe koji već postoje u ponudi Škole, a programi se i sadržajno mogu prilagoditi specifičnim potrebama organizacije. Okupljanje grupe službenika iz jedne organizacije omogućava da se tijekom treninga i procesa učenja diskutira o stvarnim i aktualnim primjerima iz prakse.
