Cilj programa je osvijestiti polaznike kako se uspješnije mogu nositi sa stresom te uspostaviti psihosocijalnu ravnotežu na poslu i privatno. Polaznici će se upoznati s pojmom stresa te naučiti kako um i tijelo funkcioniraju u stresnim i izazovnim situacijama u profesionalnom i privatnom okruženju.
