The emphasis of the ReSPA 2017 Conference is on innovation in public administration and
public services.
In addition to good practices and success stories, the ReSPA 2017 Annual
Conference will identify the challenges in integrating innovation in the public administrations of member countries and will highlight the global perspectives. The Conference will target the representatives from the Western Balkan public administration institutions responsible for the implementation of administrative reforms in line ministries (Ministries responsible for Public Administration, Ministries of Finance, Ministry of European Affairs, Public Administration organizations responsible for eGovernment, etc.)
